It is your responsibility to ensure we have your current email address and to check your messages regularly.

3. Online Banking

When using our online banking services:

• You are responsible for all transactions made with your credentials
• We may set transaction limits for security purposes
• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• You must use up-to-date antivirus software

4. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our:

• Account Fee Schedule
• Loan Agreement (if applicable)
• Cardholder Agreement (if applicable)

Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Your liability for unauthorized transactions is governed by Regulation E

6. Termination

We may terminate your account:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent activity
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period

You may close your account at any time by visiting a branch or contacting customer service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
